You might be very skilled, one of the best in your profession and business. However, if you do not have a clear goal and you do not have it in front of your eyes — none of it matters! You will always miss your target. In this workshop, we will discuss methods of how to define goals clearly. We will learn how to create them in such a way, that they will push you to act right away. We will talk about how to make your goals energize and motivate you.

Habits control the most important human behavior: our thoughts, emotions and our actions. Is that surprising? Indeed, it is! "40 to 60% of our daily activity is a product of our habits," - Jeffery M. Quinn, Duke University.

Using the recent findings in science and psychology, we will dive into the essence and roots of our habits. We will discuss what exactly our habits are, how they work, which ones are useful and which ones are detrimental. We will also look into habits that form our daily life and the habits that the most successful people have. Most importantly, we will learn how to develop the habits that we decide we need.

Our inner world is quite complex. Every day we come across difficulties, misunderstandings and disappointments. These lead to conflicts inside us and influence our life satisfaction.

Some of the inner conflicts can be neglected, others might be prolonged and last for several days. But are inner conflicts bad and destructive? Or could they be constructive as well?

This is exactly what we will talk about and learn how to take the best out of each conflict. We will have a close look at various types of conflicts and learn how to understand the cause of our inner conflicts. Furthermore, we will study how to deal with these causes and neutralize them; we will learn how to proactively avoid conflicts before they even come to us. Lastly, we will see how to use conflicts to develop ourselves and excel instead of degrade.

At Light Life Academy we believe that the biggest project of each person should be their own life.
That is why we elaborated a special training program that touches on various aspects of life of each individual. The goal of this project is to spread awareness of one's life, make participants figure out their core values and needs. Based on that, we will build a strategy for your future. In addition to the strategy, we will learn dozens of tools that will help us keep up with the strategy and stay robust even in difficult times.

Light Life Academy offers two different types of Advanced Presentation workshops.

The first type is concentrated on how to give Advanced Presentations in person. We will discuss how to speak to the audience, what you should consider during the talk, how to prepare yourself, what type of format you should use, how to create a positive and energetic atmosphere in your audience and many more.

The second workshop is concentrated on giving online presentations. The style of an online format differs drastically from the live presentations. The workshop includes basic and advanced aspects of an online presentation, what does digitalization offer and how we should prepare for an online presentation. We will look through different software that help presenting online, we will discuss methods and tools for how to interact with your audience and involve it in your talk. We will see how to create advanced PowerPoint slides and go through many more useful tricks.

The big topic of Living in Harmony is more than five thousand years old. However, most of us are still living in dissonance, conflicts and inner disorder. Why is that so?

It is a fun fact, but we already know all the answers to how to live in balance and peace. What we do not know, though, is how to apply this knowledge to our daily life.

In this workshop, we will discuss 10 principles of harmony, figure out what is missing in our daily actions and fix them.

Every culture has its history and evolutional path. On this journey, each culture developed its own values, rules and traits. We call such rules, ideas and guidelines cultural wisdom. When we follow them, they make our lives easier, safer, happier.

In this evening talk, we will have a look at the wisdom of many different cultures, including ancient cultures, the middle eastern, European, western and other modern cultures. With the help of different perspectives that we will interactively discuss, we will be able to not only apply this wisdom to our lives, but also to understand others and develop high social competencies.
